Shipping rates will be applied depending on your shipping destination.

JNE Reguler — 1-7 business days
JNE YES — 1 business day
Go-Jek Instant — 1-2 hours delivery (Jabodetabek only)
Go-Jek Same Day — order 8am to 3pm (Jabodetabek only)
Shipping options & delivery time WORLDWIDE:
Standard delivery (DHL) — 3-5 business days
Express delivery (DHL) — 1-3 business days
Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which Orel cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted the amount refunded to you.
Returns & Exchanges
Orél gladly accept exchanges of size and items no later than 14 days from the date of delivery with no questions asked. We do not accept return for cash at the time being. We do offer store credit that will be valid for 3 months after we receive the item returned. We will cover the cost of the return (shipping).

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.
You are liable for a possible deterioration of the items value caused by you in the way of trying the item. You may try the item in the way you would in a shop without causing any sort of deterioration. If the item is used in any other way than described in the above we consider the item as used and you will lose your right of return partially or completely.
As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
